The ethos

  • Skulpt isn’t just a fitness studio—it’s a philosophy of movement, transformation, and immersive design.

    • Infrared heat. Luxury reformers. Sensory branding. Every detail is curated to sculpt both body and mind.

    • Our classes blend precision, rhythm, and recovery, harnessing lymphatic detox and choreographed intensity to reveal your body's raw potential.

    • We cater to high-performing individuals seeking more than sweat: we deliver rituals of refinement.

  • Skulpt is for every body—every curve, every chapter, every level of experience. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are, with layered cues, intentional pacing, and modifications that honor your evolution.

You may feel challenged at first. That’s part of the ritual. We invite you to release comparison, soften into sensation, and let the music guide you inward. Over time, you’ll learn to trust your body’s rhythm more than the mirror’s reflection.

This is not about perfection. This is about presence.

*If you’re navigating injuries, chronic pain, or medical conditions, we recommend consulting your physician before beginning a new movement practice. Our instructors are trained to support you with care, but your safety always comes first.

  • Our classes have varying levels of intensity. The Pulse and The Burn are higher-intensity, The Release is medium intensity featuring more dynamic movement and The Ritual is more primal and restorative.

  • To preserve the integrity of our space, outside mats and towels are not permitted. Skulpt provides everything you need: studio-grade mats, custom mat towel covers, and fresh face towels.

This isn’t just about cleanliness. It’s about clarity. Uniform mat placement creates clean sight lines for instructors and members alike—enhancing cueing, form, and shared rhythm. And by removing the burden of setup, you’re free to arrive, exhale, and immerse fully in the moment.

No distractions. No decisions. Just presence.

*If you have specific sensitivities or needs, reach out prior to class. We’re here to support your ritual.

  • For safety, precision, and sensory cohesion, grip socks are required in all Reformer sessions. They provide traction, support alignment, and allow instructors to cue form with clarity and confidence.

Forgot yours? We offer studio-approved grip socks for purchase on-site—selected for both function and aesthetic.

  • Tactile cueing is a key part of our teaching style. Instructors may use gentle, intentional touch to support alignment, deepen activation, and enhance sensory awareness. It’s not correction—it’s connection.

If you prefer not to receive tactile cueing, simply let your instructor know before class. Your comfort and agency always come first.

first time

  • We suggest wearing form-fitting attire that moves with you and reveals your lines. This allows instructors to cue alignment with clarity and supports the visual rhythm of the room. Loose clothing disrupts flow—precision is part of the ritual.

Grip socks are required for all Reformer sessions to ensure traction, safety, and sculpted control.

Leave your mat and jewelry at home. We provide studio-grade mats, custom towel covers, and fresh face towels for every class. Outside mats and covers are not permitted.

Bring a water bottle (no glass, please)—we offer a filtered hydration station to refill with ease. Bottled water is also available for purchase on-site.

  • Skulpt is for the driven. Whether you're building your foundation or refining your edge, you're here to rise.

    • Our instructors are attuned to every level, offering hands-on modifications and personalized guidance that unlocks form and flow.

    • We’ll help you move with intention, build strength, and discover just how capable your body truly is.Description text goes here

membership + credit system

  • Our memberships are built around a flexible credit system—giving you control over how you train each month.
Each membership includes a set number of credits that renew monthly. Credits can be used across both class types:

    • Heated Mat Classes: 4 credits

    • Reformer Classes: 6 credits

Reformer classes carry a higher credit value to reflect the instructor training requirements and the precision of the Reformer apparatus.

Whether you’re craving intensity or restoration, your credits move with you—allowing you to mix modalities or dedicate your month to one.

  • Credits are valid for use within their designated window and do not roll over month to month. This policy helps support consistency, availability, and intentional movement. If you need additional sessions beyond your membership, bundles of 5 or 10 credits are available for purchase through the app.

**If you seek more flexibility or extended access, explore our class packs or membership tiers tailored to your flow and lifestyle.
